The following definitions apply to these Terms and Conditions.

Contract.  The contract for sale by us and purchase of goods by you.

Goods.  The garden products, which are available for purchase from this Site in accordance with the Terms.

We.  This Site is owned and operated by Ronaash Ltd ("Ronaash", "we" or "us"). Registered office: Kersquarter, Kelso TD5 8HH. Registered number: 98427 (Scotland). Vat No: GB 446 5742 29.

3. Limitation of liability

Ronaash shall not be liable for any damage or loss that may occur in the use of any of the information contained or advice given in this Site, except as stated in the Terms and Conditions. Ronaash is not responsible for the Site’s accuracy or its fitness for a particular purpose.

Ronaash is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of this Site and does not guarantee that this Site will be error-free or virus-free.

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

4. Data protection and privacy

Any details, which you provide to us from which we can identify you, are held and processed in accordance with our Privacy and Security Policy.

5. Pricing

All prices are in British pounds (£) inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise specified. If the price goes up or down in between you placing and receiving your order, we will honour the original price.

6. Delivery

We will dispatch your order by post or courier. Within the UK, you can expect delivery within 7 working days. International orders may take a little longer. Please contact us for information on overseas charges and deliveries.

For the Pyramid Greenhouse, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. If you order a Pyramid Greenhouse, please ring for a quotation for areas outside UK Mainland

All Products for Gardeners orders to mainland UK whatever the size of product or however many products you buy delivery (which includes postage, packaging materials and order processing costs) is only £3.50 for orders up to the value of £14.00; above £14.00 delivery costs are £4.95 (includes postage, packaging materials and order processing costs). For the Highlands and Islands, the cost is £6.50 for all orders. Please contact us for a quote for all  Ireland and  international orders delivery costs.

Delivery on Wholesale Growers orders for UK Mainland is £6.50 ex VAT and includes costs of delivery and packaging and order processing. For HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS, IRELAND AND EXPORT DESTINATIONS please  contact us for delivery costs.  (All Wholesale Growers delivery prices are subject to VAT @ 17.5%) 

7. Payment

You may pay by any major credit card or debit card. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Switch and Solo. If you wish to pay by cheque, please call 01573 225 757 for details on how to place your order.

Please note that Ronaash does not accept cash by post.

We will only take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked stock availability and your card details. Once your order is processed and dispatched card details will be removed from the system and cannot be retrieved.

8. Order acknowledgement

Your order will be acknowledged via email, as long as you enter a correct email address, on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. Acceptance of the order will take place when your order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the instructions below.

9. Ordering and stock availability

Your order will normally be dealt with within 3 working days.
All items are subject to availability. If one item is not in stock, we will either:
- wait for the missing item if it is readily available
- send part of your order and the rest will follow at no extra charge.
You will always be emailed with the option to cancel any item of your order if you would rather not wait.

10. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

If you do wish to cancel or change your order before the items are despatched, you are asked to contact us immediately, by phone or e-mail.

If you are unhappy with anything we have sent you, please send it back to us within 14 working days, unused and in the original packaging. We can then issue a refund within 30 days.

In the unlikely event of something proving faulty after use, please advise us immediately so that we can issue a replacement or a refund within 30 days.

Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you.

11. Changes to the Terms

Ronaash reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without notice. Your continued use of the Site after any change Ronaash makes to the Site will be considered as acceptance of those changes. You should revisit these Terms from time to time to review the current Terms because they are binding on you.

12. Statutory rights

These Terms and Conditions do not in any way affect your statutory rights.
