SlugBanned is a new product manufactured in the UK from the highest quality solid copper. The copper Slugbanned is hooked together around the plant to be protected.

Slugbanned is available in two sizes: 4"/10cm and 7"/17cm diameter and each pack contain 5 bands.
How to use
-
plant the plant into the soil normally
-
ensure area immediately surrounding the plant is slug and snail free
-
remove a band from the packaging (wear gloves to protect the band)
-
the band has a slight curvature along its length and the copper should be formed against the curve with the logo outside
-
smooth the shape to form a rough circle
-
place the band around the pant and push approximately 12mm/1/2" into the soil
-
the copper will begin to oxidise and turn a darker colour over a period of time before going green/blue
-
DO NOT CLEAN THE BAND as when it is oxidised it is a better repellent than when bright
-
ensure there is no build up of soil against the side of the band which would create access to the plant without touching the copper |
